Euphylia Collapsing? Flesh Melting away?

Posted earlier but giving it another shot. I got this euphylia 2 days ago. Before putting it in the tank I tried getting it off the plug like a dumb newbie and heard a pop. Panicking I saw a few fractures on the skeleton, but I thought they were already there. Yesterday, it opened up beautifully but today it looks horrible every hour. I feel helpless watching it wither away before me. What can I do? Im at a loss. All my other euphilias are doing great, i really want to save it

There’s nothing you can do, if you damaged a lot of the skeleton into small pieces it will end up dying
