Been dosing dry yeast periodically for my pods. Yesterday, I over did it. Water was super cloudy for a bit. After it cleared, my hammer ballooned up and still looking “happy” a day later

is this a “thing”?

I actually fed this to my corals for nearly a year and coral seem to respond well
