My torches and hammers aren’t extending fully and I think it may be because of high flow but I can’t change the flow in my tank because it’s a Red Sea max e and the flow is not adjustable. If the coral isn’t fully extended will it cause issues with the coral like not growing as fast ?

Can you just move the corals? I've got the RS 260 Max E with Sicce return pumps and they can be adjusted by turning the dial on the front of the pump

Wait really I didn’t know that you could adjust the flow I’m gonna try that thx

Do you adjust this thing ?

Sure, dial on front of return pump has a plus sign for adding more flow and a minus sign for less. BTW, I use random flow generators on my outlets to break up laminar flow and it really makes a difference.

Wait what bit do I turn the pointy bit ?

Oh do you mean this bit ?
