I have noticed the skin covering skeleton receding lately but figured it was something I caused. Polyp extension still looks great. Today I noticed flatworms on the torch. I don't notice flatworms on the glass, but maybe they are there? Help I'd please

Does not look like a polyclads to me...

Do you have a wrasse in the tank?
