I bought three species of Euphyllia. 3 Hammers, 2 torches and 2 frogspawns. Will there be any problems in placing them together as a family. I would like to get them close so that they grow into a mutlicolored and textured mass.

I have all three in a huge Euphyllia garden in my 75 with no problems at all. All different colours and all close/touching each other.

Hi I am not expert and a newbie but after heaps of reading I have just done one and there have been no issues to date.

Hammers and frogs can touch. Torch needs to be separate. Maybe another opinion here @vetteguy53081
My torches touch my hammers and Frogspawn with no problem. However I heard that you shouldn't allow torches to touch but in my case I have had no issues.

I would recommend keeping frogspawns and hammers away from torches as they are in different genera and will sting each other

This is encouraging. Are they all indo or all aussie?
I have a mix. Branching and walls...I do and Aussie. Like I wrote...my torches and hammers and Frogspawn all touch as I have a very large amount but I have hea4d that torches should not touch but in my case I have no issues.

Yes, have mine mixed together however certain species of torch pack a good sting and capable of stinging other euphyllia

Torches should only really be with other torches. I even keep Aussie and Indo torches apart, as my Indos have killed an Aussie in the past. I've also had torches kill hammers, zoas and acans.

Hammers, frogspawn and octospawn can be mixed without issue. At least in my personal experience.

OK, I am convinced. I'll separate them into Frog/Hammer and torches. Now I'm going to need a few more to rightly call them gardens.
