Torches from different regions have also been reported to kill each other.

As for this topic goes. I love torches. However, they hate sand being spat on them. So, keeping them isn't possible until I rehome my melanurus wrasse. If I do.

Out of the three, very hard to decide. Nothing like a healthy frogspawn. One of the first euphyllia I was able to successfully keep. They are so different than anything else, in the world of LPS. Hammers have such a presence and personality. However, can't beat the look of a big flowing gold torch, especially classic indo gold. Have to say, the subtle variations demanding such high prices, is a bit much, when it comes to torches. Still, can't decide.

I like them all. I'd probably vote torches, but they don't play nice with the others so I voted for frogspawn instead. Of the 3, I only have a hammer.

I love the torches but I’ve yet to get them to take any sort of food. Anything I try to put in their tentacles just floats away.

I do have a big hammer very close to the torches and they get along fine. Maybe because there are 4 torches and 1 hammer and it’s afraid they’ll all gang up on it.

Torches by a long shot, followed by frogspawns and then hammers. I simply love the movement provided by torch corals, as well as the striking variety of colors. I started out with a green-tip Aussie torch, which did spectacular (grew into 4 separate heads), until a rescape caused an ammonia spike, which sadly caused its demise. I then tried again with an Indo, which was not only more beautiful, but also grows at a far more rapid rate. It once hosted my clownfish, before she was removed due to aggression. It is now the centerpiece coral of my 40B. I've only tried a hammer coral once, which was a wall hammer that quickly perished. I definitely need to try one again, this time a branching hammer. I've kept four branching frogspawns, which are absolutely stunning once they grow. Similar to the torch coral, they experienced major problems, this time from chemical warfare. I managed to save three of the four, but those ones are now thriving.

I voted frogspawn because that is the only Euphyllia that I have so far. I really like the way they flow in my tank. It is a purple tip frogspawn

I love hammers, frogspawn, and the like. I have gold, orange and purple tipped hammers. I had 18 heads of the common purple tipped ones and my clowns picked it as a host. There's maybe 6 heads left. I don't know what to do about it. Not sure what the clowns would move to if I pull it out. I think they chose it when they were a little smaller and now they're too big for the hammers... They barely fit between the branches.

Torch is the only Euphyllia out there. Hammers and frogspawn are now Fimbriphyllia (spelling?)

So there is only one correct answer to this poll

Not all hammers are in the genus fimbriaphyllia. I would say euphyllia paraglabrescens and baliensis are hammers.

I love them all but for some reason I can’t keep Torches in my tank. However I have a few colonies of hammers and frog spawn for about 3 years now and have even fragged them for friends.
