Euphyllia Heads Dying Off

Have this Euphyllia in the back of my aquarium and the heads keep dying off. Other hammers and torches seem to be fine.

Saw the Sailfin nipping at the receding head. Could that be it?

Polyp bailout is a last ditch effort at survival. Parameters, lighting, flow, or pests can all cause it. Did you dip them prior to adding? Anything else look wrong with them?
