Hello I have the following questions
1.I noticed last week this problem with my euphyllia heads. I did a quick search and I think is brown jelly disease. Is it? What should I do?
2.Also I found this black snail in my zoas is it ok to keep it?
3.Is my fungia ok? I tried changing place in my aquarium because I though the current was strong but it stays like that everywhere I place it!
Yesterdays measurements are

Salinity 1.024
Temperature 26.8 C
Phosphorus 185ppm
Phosphate 0.56
Magnesium 1350ppm
Calcium 410ppm
KH 10
NO2 0.5mg/l
NO3 25mg/l

In the video (can't see it clearly), it does look like the one on the right has BJD, but the 2 on the left side seem to have bailed. I could be wrong.

1. If it stinks BJD. remove it so it doesn't spread. Can try iodine dip but once it starts BJD 99% of the time it will die.
2. Snail is bad, forgot the name. can be found if u just google.
3. fungia is ok under any flow. looks ok to me, if gets worst let us know.

Sundial Snails

eats zoa

i removed the BJD heads also I had a problem with an echinophyllia. It became tiny and under it I found that worm!

thank you very much for your replies

Your phosphate level is very high.
The temperature is also borderline too hot.
Calcium is slightly lower than I would like.

The tank looks new, I see diatoms on the sand and lots of green hair algae on the rocks.

I would guess that the tank is still maturing and would suggest to try to keep bringing your parameters into control and keep them stable.

The tank is 2 years old I am trying to lower phosphate and they don’t get that down since lasts water change I also changed the antiphos in the filter and I managed to lower it from 0.61 to 0.56 I ll do another water change the following days and I ll also add more antiphos and I’ll measure it again. Also for calcium I keep it from 400 to 410 do you think to make it a little higher?
Algae is the main problem I am trying to cure it without any “medicine” like nopox I want to cure it naturally and give time to the aquarium.

400 to 410 is ok, depends what you have. I have a clam and some sps corals, I like to keep it at 450-480. But I agree with you, the phosphate level is more important to correct right now, it is contributing to your algae problem.

I was thinking of 450 but then I said as long as everything is happy inside the aquarium it’s ok!I don’t know really how the phosphate get that night. At the beginning of the algae I had 0 phos and more nitrate and when I talked to someone who’s dealing with aquariums he told me maybe the problem was the too low phos and I left the filter without antiphos and phos within 2 week went to 0.5
