Euphyllia spawning?

Just noticed these little very tiny pellet looking things inside the flesh of one of my Anchor Corals. No idea what they are. Spawning, disease, should I be siked or start panicking? Lol anyone have an idea?

Looks like a spawn, if the eggs are inside the tentacle tissue. Pretty awesome.
