Evaporation variance

For those of you with a method of measuring , how much ATO water does your tank use daily and how much does it vary day to day and more importantly season to season? Lastly, how do you know?

My Reefer 450s each use about a gallon a day.
Slightly more in the summer, due to warmer temps and fans over the tanks.
Easy to tell how much you're using if your ATO container is graduated.
