Today I received a ORA Pom Pom Xenia and a ORA Silver Xenia. Also a Radial Filefish.
The corals looked like they were kicked around. The Pom Pom have 2 of the 3 heads tore
right off and was sepperated from it's plug. The Silver Xenia was cut up had there is a tear
up the side of the main stalk. They look awful. Really disappointed coming from ORA. One good thing was the Filefish arrived it good health. He is a really cool looking little fish. Just
wish I could have got a pair. So if you have ever had an experience like this, let me know.

Has happened more times then I can count. I purchase almost all my coral online with the exception of 2 local places.

Glue what you can back to the frags, RX dip what you can and more often then not they bounce right back. Make sure to document it and let the vendor know.

Yeah for sure especially with a place that does volume like them kind of sad the quality goes down the bigger they get order from garage reefers best shipments I've ever had

Ordered first Zola drag pack on eBay was sent in tiny bags of water only 4 drags out of ten survived. Second drag pack only lost one because they were shipped in larger bags I think. Got some pretty nice colors though a nice foundation. They just aren't meant to make a trip like that.....floating in their own stagnant waste.

Xenia ships miserably all the time.
ORA pieces for the most part are awesome but shipping + the vendor that had it could play a role too. As stated above, let the vendor know and put it under good flow

Agree 100% xenia does not ship well. I have put about 30 stalks in a bag and went for a 5 hour car ride. I think 4 stalks survived.

UPS was the carrier so it could have been rough handling for sure. I did let them know and did get credit for the one. I glued the one Pom back on the original plug and then glued the other to a new plug I had. The Silver has a large tear in it's stalk so not sure what to do.for it. When I get home I will move them into center of tank for good flow. Really hope they make it.
Not a fan of the large heavy plugs the frags were glued to. They felt like concrete made.
