Ever seen a snowflake do a barrel roll?

ive moved to every other day feeding on the eel. Now, she comes out at the noon feeding and snatches a krill or two.

Tonight I gave her 2 pieces of shrimp that were cut a little large. Both times she snatched it from the tongs, went in the cave, and barrel rolled probably 15 to 20 times. Guess she was just trying to get it down. Smaller pieces next time.

Mine doesn't really roll like that. I feed silver sides soaked in vitamins and sometime they are big and still a little frozen (ok a couple times they were still actually frozen) and he has a hard time manipulating it. He'll drag it against rocks and pull it into the rocks where he can, most times, eat in peace. I've seen him twist around quite a bit during his manipulation of the fish so maybe that's what your seeing.

My guess is that the pieces were 2 big.
