I used FM LPS pellets to bring back several hurting scoly, hillae, and acans. I used to have hermit crabs that would steal food and the scolys were receding bad. They have come back since getting rid of the crabs and feeding a few times a week. I had an acan echinata that got exposed to air and suffer a lot of damage, losing about half of it's flesh. With feedings, it came back and has covered up all of the skeleton again. I don't go by the one pellet rule and everything seems to do really well. However one time I dropped a bunch on the scoly that is the most aggressive, and the next day it had it's mouth wide open and a yellow tang was sticking his snout in there and eating what I guess was excess. At first I was concerned but there was no damage done. My Desjardini is a pig and tries to steal every pellet I put in no matter how much I feed him before ai target the corals.
