Hey guys would like to how a evergrow fixture would do on a nano talking about 20+ gallon tank ? And also those of you who already have this what percentage are you running each channel and how many hours a day?

Thanks guys

I used to run one on my biocube 29g setup. It was the non-controlled version but I would guess it was about 30% whites and 55-60% blues.

tanks looks great, also thanks for the quick reply. how many hours did you run the light on? and how many hours did you run the whites channel on a day ? and finally, i see you have optics, 90 degree optics? and how high from the top of the water ?

thanks again

I’m using one on a JBJ 28 with a DIY canopy.

wow looks great, did you come up with this idea? i also thought of doing something like this and adding some kind of reflective walls also. By the way, what settings you thinking on running the lights ?

Thanks,

I had the blues on at 7 and the whites at 9, the whites went off at 5 and blues at 7. I think I had the lights about 10" from the top of the water and stuff kind of faded from it running them so long and at that intensity though. I switched over to a AI SOL Blue and made sure to acclimate them. These lights are pretty strong and will burn your corals if you don't acclimate them to the light for sure! I only switched over to the AI light because I wanted dimming and got a really good deal on it used.
