Evergrow IT 2060 vs. ViparSpectra 165w

Currently have 3 Evergrow IT2060 lights I purchased as part of a whole setup package. I know they're not the world's greatest LEDs, but they do a great job. I was wondering how they stack up to Viparspectra's aquarium lighting. I've used Viparspectra's grow LEDs, and I've been happy with them. If there's not a world of difference, I'll probably just keep the aquarium lights I have. Anyone used them? Anyone able to shed any light on a comparison?

No direct experience with the IT2060s personally, it looks like only/biggest difference in the choice of Leds used. 2060s are heavy on the Blue, whereas Viparspectra is heavier on the Royal Blue; on white channel Vipars go for more cool white rather than natural white. Also looks like 2060s also have 3 channels blue, white, moon; Vipars only have white/blue if that makes a difference for you.

Honestly, unless there's something wrong with your lights now and/or you're not getting good results I would probably just stick it out with your lights.

That being said, depending on how old your lights are, I could almost guarantee that it's not as bright as it was when they were new due to LED burnout. The leds used in these type lights are notorious for lense burnout. Take a look at the leds when the fixture is off and see if leds (blue and UV) have brown burn marks on them or melted lenses. If there are, then you can look at getting Vipars or try repair by replacing leds (fairly easy but time consuming).
