Every time I have Cyanobacteria I get jellyfish!

How is it that every time my tank gets a case of Cyanobacteria I get baby jellyfish? This time I have one species and last time I had two different species of jellies. I will post the pictures of the species I have now. I noticed that if the Cyanobacteria is left on some parts for awhile it gets bubbles then I have jellyfish.

I believe those are the medusa stage of hydroids... technically planula larva.
