Everyone's favorite beneficial bacteria

So what are some of your guy's favorite beneficial bacterias.
Just about done using the huge supply of API quick start and I wasn't too impressed with it I then moved on to dr. Tims one and only and I thought that worked way better.
see some of these bacteria is you actually have to keep in your fridge but none of the other bottles say that you have to keep them in the fridge so is that normal to keep it cooler or is it just brand-specific or does it even matter

My favorite is whatever thrives long term. I’ve never used a bacterial additive that I can recall, though I have added some ocean water that I collected myself to add additional bacteria.
