I built a house around having an upstairs for my wife who has MS, and for myself downstairs for my new 300DD. My wife is no longer able to help at all and I travel too much to build the tank and maintain it, so it's all for sale.

300g Deep Dimension tank, corner overflows, brand new, never seen water.
Homebuilt stand - see my build thread
2 25g tanks for quarantine - new, never wet
Two Apex units - one is complete and includes VDM module, WXM module, probe module, head unit, two outlet units, moonlite module, and one is a refurbed by Neptune spare unit in case of failure
Four Vortec MP30 wifi wavemakers, two new, two used
24" 8 bulb ATI Sunpower dimmable unit with new bulbs in boxes
36" 8 bulb ATI Sunpower dimmable unit with good bulbs
one T5 unit for quarantine tank
Several small skimmers
One used large Deltec skimmer, complete, works, 9-series, with two Eheim pumps
One used large nitrate reactor from Bashsea
One 200w UV sterilizer, used, good shape, needs new PVC couplings
Several used magdrive pumps
About 250 lbs of new, never wet in your lifetime Marco rock in totes
200 lbs or more of reef salt from Germany - BRS sells it
ATO reservior, new
Used Geo 612 calcium reactor
Used PM kalkwasser reactor
CO tank, with working regulator and solenoid valve
Lots of misc "stuff"
Four magnetic ceramic reef frag rocks
Four Ghost Overflow units, all are new, one pair original desin, one pair is new design
Two new 65g rotomolded tanks for making RO/DI and salt water and a rack for them
One large RO/DI unit, new filters and resin
PAR meter - homebuilt

And I have a 90g-sized DIY LED setup - rockstar quality 4 color - toss it in as well.

First $2500 takes it all - local pickup only.

Regarding parting out, if 5 people want to come and buy the setup and part it out among themselves, no worries. But at this time, and likely not at all, will I part out the system. Too much hassle, no time. sorry.

Also, if a van or pickup truck is used, the equipment can be taken out at floor level. No steps! Bonus!

If you can spare a skimmer that works for a 40 gallon setup as a HOB or desktop I'd buy one as mine just starting leaking bad and have no skimmer at the moment.
