Eviota Goby

Hey, all. I am just curious as to how ich corresponds with this type of fish. I've had a juvie in a small breeder at the top of my nano, and what's strange is that while it has an occasional spot or three, they usually disappear within a couple hours, sometimes remerging on a different part. Now, it also has been behaving normally, but it's been going on for like a month, and I'm like 91% sure it isn't sand. This is no dire dilemma, but just to be on the safe side, any ideas?

Gobies can be pretty resilient. But can certainly be susceptible, especially if the temperature is swinging more than a couple degrees a day.
