Evo 13.5 heater placement

Hello again. Another newb question. I have a evo 13.5 my son and I have had up and running. My son purchased the heater (don't know the model and brand). It is currently in the display. I believe it will fit in the third chamber the overflow chamber. Is it correct to place it in that location? TIA

I was able to fit mine in the 3rd chamber.
It works fine in the display too, just looks nicer out of the way.
