Evo / Skimmer water level problems

Hi all, having problems with my water levels. The sump level is below the line and the skimmer isn't getting enough water in yet the main tank is full to the brim. I've had this issue a couple of times before and it's just worked itself out but isn't happening now.

Skimmer seems to be running fine and the water is going in but the levels aren't even, any ideas? I have that hole plugged too by the media basket, i've got a intank basket in the middle.

I'd check the flow through your InTank caddy. It's possible that something is clogged or otherwise slowing the water flow down. I had the same thing happen with my InTank caddy on my IM Fusion 25.
