We are hopeful that some of the issues get ironed out. The nice thing about the iDip is that all of the computations are done in the app. So a simple app update can potentially fix some of issues.

we have had some growing pains with it. but once you get by those its pretty good. I am the General Manager for an aquarium service company and the only time i would recommend this unit is if you are in the business of servicing aquariums. We like it because it helps our tech keep track of all there water parameters and it shows where the test where done.

I see this post is a little old but I see there is an upgraded unit for 2017. Has anyone used the new unit?

My reason for asking is that I have a very hard time seeing the minuscule differences in coloration and titration tests. I am looking for Mg, Fe, I, P, & K and not seeing anything other than very expensive equipment that does this without color comparison.
