Hello all!

I'm sorry I haven't been on the thread for a while, I just got back from a trade show in Las Vegas. I have gone through each of the posts and I feel I can address everyone's concerns. As @Greenstreet.1 said calling me is the most direct way to get answers 803-329-9712 ext 214. Always leave a voice mail as I only have access to this phone when I am physically at my desk, but I will call you back. @thedru13 which email did you send your concerns to? Try me at [email protected] and I would be happy to answer all of your questions.

I have complete confidence that this company that has specialized in water chemistry for 25 years will nail down the issues that differ fresh and saltwater testing.

@IronVulture you hit the nail on the head with this! Water chemistry is our thing and were committed to bringing quality products to marine aquarists.

Update... Working with Christian now. :):)
Thanks Christian for replying. I just resent my email again, I did send it to your email below. Email dates were 10/22; 10/26; 10/28; and resent again today. I will try and give you a call as well.

Any general ETA of when the Phosphate and Total Hardness test limits will be fixed?

Phosphate is being validated in our lab right now and we expect to have more refined results in the coming weeks. Total Hardness (due to the very high levels in reef aquariums) is giving us more trouble and hopefully that can be done by the end of the year.

We have explored making a new "Ultra High Range Total Hardness" chemistry which is certainly possible but a little more expensive or using the current High Range Total Hardness with a dilution kit which is simple but less user friendly. Any Thoughts?

Ether way would be ok with me. Does less user friendly just mean you would have to add some drops?

I think dillution is a good tactical solution, but as others have said, the less steps and the consistency of the test kits are key for me. I really don't want to do much more than fill, dip and read the results. You guys have spoiled me.

Something that is simple and repeatable is always the way to go. Christian. Marine Hobbyist that do testing love test kits that are repeatably accurate.
have it easy to use is the selling point of your meter.:)

Great feedback guys! Thank you, we will be working diligently on a solution to magnesium testing that will give accurate repeatable results with ease of use of our other tests. Ill keep everyone informed.

Just got my idip today. My ph is showing low or 7.4. My apex shows it as 8.2.
The ammonia comes as a 2 part with strips and drops. I can't find how many drops to use, or the order to use them. Instructions say to go to sensafe.com but I can't find it there either. Anyone know?
Other than that it seems easy to use.
