I bought a clam and some clownfishs and they all came in healthy. What surprise me was that they made follow up call to the customer right after the shipment landed.
I feel bad for the lady who needs to make some many phone calls in a day though.

Yup
The same thing happened to me. I ordered clams, added another one with their help, and then they called my house and spoke to my wife who had not been informed before the phone call that I was buying clams for our reef tank.

Excellent customer service with healthy clams and other livestock, my wife isn’t speaking to me but the clams are Happy!
