Exhaust fan

If I install an exhaust fan in my fish room for heat and humidity, what should the CFM rating be? Probably about 250 gallons of water in a 8’ by 5’ room.

I think you would be fine with a fan for a smaller bathroom. I have the smallest fan I could find in my fish room and it resolved the humidity issue. The only caveat would be an extremely long run to the outside.
Install a plug on the cord and plug it into a timer.
