Expanding Apex Neptune Power

I just picked up a Neptune Apex and I want to expand the Power do I have to purchase the Energy Bar 832 or will the Energy Bar 8 work fine. Is there drawbacks to having the energy bar 8 instead of the 832?

They both work great. The Energy Bar 832 adds individual outlet power monitoring as well as the 1Link and accessory DC ports.

So most of the accessories would be plugged into the 832 I just need some basic functions on another bar, such as timers or programs to turn off something if needed. Is that possible with the 8 bar?

Which version of the Apex do you have the new one or the older classic? With the old one (black in color) you cannot use the energy bar 832 with it but if you have the new version (orange and Gray you can use either one)
There are additional features in the new one such as voltage or watts monitoring for example ( I have the older version so dont know for sure)

I just got the new one, and im amazed right now, the beers are flowing and im getting this baby set up!

Also wild question, is there a fan that can be plugged into the dc ports? I want my fan to come on for a bit every hour to circulate the air in the cabinet.
