Experience with Aquatronica Controllers

I was checking out the ReefBuilders site today and noticed the following article:

Aquatronica’s new touch controller is born in Italy

The new touch controller looks like a really nice interface so I checked out the site. It seems to be a fully featured controller, but I have not heard much about them. I have a few questions:

1. What has people's experiences been with them?

2. Are the power bars user serviceable? It looks like the electronic part is replaceable in case a relay gets fried...

3. How do you feel they compare to a controller like the Apex (my other option)
 
Looks very cool but I am clueless as well.
 
These seem to be used more in Europe than in the US. I'm sure there are some that run it but not many here - especially with Apex and RK products that have US Customer Support and easily replaceable parts.
 
I believe Rogger has been using the Aquatronica controller for quite some time now. Hopefully he'll fill us in...
