Experience with CPR 102 hang on overflow

Anyone have any experience with them? It will be a 40 gallon breeder with a trigger sump and the return will either be a varios 6 or a Cor pump from Neptune, still haven't decided which pump to go with yet.....the CPR 102 seems safer with 2 drain lines and the aqualifter to restart in a power failure but wanna know anyone's actual experience with the 102

I have one of their models on my tank, uses a little water pump to keep the siphon going and I have never had any issues

I've heard good things about those but still would make me nervous. If you haven't started the tank yet why not drill it?

Honestly because I don't drive so getting a ride to help me take the take the tank to Aqua World (closest store) is just a pain to try and get figured out and then to pick it back up as well....I'm not handy at all so I wouldn't trust drilling it myself

There is a reef club here, just haven't joined yet....will def ask around if anyone can help tho
