Good morning everyone :) so I am new to corals but have a little experience removing corals from plugs with glue on them. I have this encrusting coral with a single zoa head on the side. How can I safely remove the Zoa and refrag it so that I don't damage it or the psammocora that's starting to encrust over it? Thank you for your help.

Can you post some pics so proper advice can be given?
Some times you need a dremel, sometimes bone cutters, or something to peel back the zoas.

A zoa frag can be removed simply by using a razor. Just go along the frag plug. The glue is brittle and it should just break it off.
1) use glasses.
2) use rubber gloves if you can.
3)don't cut yourself.
