Experienced fragger advice needed.

Good morning everyone

so I am new to corals but have a little experience removing corals from plugs with glue on them. I have this encrusting coral with a single zoa head on the side. How can I safely remove the Zoa and refrag it so that I don't damage it or the psammocora that's starting to encrust over it? Thank you for your help. Also should I remove the psammocora from the plug or leave it because it's already encrusting over the sides?

I answered your other post but this one has a picture. If you can get a razor under the zoa frag, it's simple. Use your PPE. I would leave the encrusting frag on the plug, you'll never get all of it off.
