Experiences with dosing Brightwell FaStart-M?

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this product. I'm not able to find any reviews online, but it supposedly helps maintain nitrate and phosphate at "3 - 5 ppm and 0.01 - 0.03 ppm". I currently dose nitrate with stump remover but would like to try this since I'm having issues with low phosphates as well. Is it safe to assume this will only raise my nitrate and phosphate by the ratios listed above (no other parameters affected)?
