I went to a LFS on Sunday and picked up two Saltwater Multi-Packs by San Francisco Bay Brand.
My fish love the mysis shrimp I've been giving them but I wanted to try some variety. The fish simply don't like the two cubes of the new stuff I've tried (that's for a different thread) but I was a bit shocked to look at the expiration dates:
That's October 6, 2019 and October 1(?), 2018! My LFS is almost an hour away so returning is a pain but I believe I need to do so in this case.
But the question: How much should these dates concern me? Earlier this year I did an online order of just mysis shrimp and the expiration is 03/2022 on those.
