Exquisite Wrasse - Harem for Best Color??

I'm currently dealing with a strange loss of color in the male Bartlett's anthias of my pair, and it got me thinking. I want to add a vanuatu exquisite wrasse at some point. I know Scott's fairies can lose color if not kept with females. Is this also exhibited in exquisite fairies? If I need to add a harem instead of a single, I need to plan for it now.

And yes, the species is prone to fading a bit without either.

Yep they always seem to have the African in stock but not the Vanuatu. I did sign up for an email alert a year or two ago. I have received one alert but they were gone quickly.
