Exquisite Wrasse - Ich?

Ugh, I just posted about a Coral Beauty that I have in QT, and now I noticed that my Exquisite Wrasse (that I just acquired and started TTM with yesterday) is sick. I think (hope) this is Ich (and not Velvet)? Can the experts here confirm? If so, I plan to treat it simply with TTM unless someone is convinced I need to do something more drastic at this point? It's eating well and not breathing hard.

*Side note, I realize I should have seen this in the fish store. In my defense, it was in a very high tank and I couldn't see it closely. :-( Thanks,

Looks like ich to me. Yes ttm should work

Good point, although it doesn't seem to stick up much like the pics I've seen. Nor is it in the fins much that I can see. I'll keep an eye on it and see what happens. Thanks,
