Exterior mixing station pump and WC

Hey guys. I am in the process of updating my mixing station and making it easier and more automated to make the water changes. i have pretty much everything ready except the pump. I have tried couple pumps and i am not happy with the result. Tried Jebao pump i was not happy. The problem that i have is the distance. my mixing station is about 30ft away from the tank and its in the basement. So i need some recommendation for an external pump that can carry that loan. I do water changed 10% every other week. i mix about 30 gallons at a time.

Have you looked at any pond pumps or even swimming pool pumps? Some swimming pools run saltwater these days.
