As I was not falling asleep last night, an idea came to me. Any thoughts on viability and/or suggestions?
Table/cabinet beside tank. On that a small tank, maybe hex. Inside that, "mud" base with mangroves. Maybe some inverts. Maybe even other critters.
Run tubing from tom aqualift from siphon overflow into this. Near top of this, a hole with tubing to overflow out and down to fuge via gravity.
The flow through this would be very light, but that might help avoid stirring up the mud. The slow flow from the aqualift is part of my thinking.
Maybe a kessil grow light hanging above with timing for daylight hours.
