External Overflows?

I am getting ready to order a large glass aquarium, 500 gallons, and wanted to ask which would be better? External overflows built out of glass or reef synergy acrylic overflows? Was thinking of using the 60 model sump from Synergy reef. Thanks reefers!

I would go with the external glass overflow built by the manufacture. If something should go wrong it would be under warrenty.
