I'm thinking of upgrading my PM Bullet III external skimmer to a more consistent and power efficient recirculating skimmer.
I would like to hear peoples experiences and opinions on what they might use for an approx. 200g SPS dominant system.
With my sump configuration an internal skimmer is not an option, and my available space under the stand to utilize for a skimmer is 18" x 17" x 38"h.
So far I've moved the Hurricone CAT2E to the top of my list, but I'm afraid it might actually be too big for my system.
Just curious on what others may choose for this size system based on efficiency, quality of construction, and ease of maintenance.
