Extra fluffy hammer...

hey y'all!
I've never had any issues with my hammer and I'm not sure if this is an issue per se...the ends are extra puffy. Most hammers I see have crescent shaped ends of tentacles, but mine has just gotten extra fluffy. Only the ones around the outside though, the ones by the mouth are still sorta crescent shaped.
Take a look and tell me what you think:

Right!? lol that's why I never asked before but it's getting to the point where I think they'll burst if they get much bigger. He still shrinks down every night when the lights go off

Branching hammers look like that, I have several

Wall hammers tend to have the curly tips, but are in turn more risky as they are all one head so if it goes south the whole thing goes...

Be really happy with what you experience here.
Most ppl asking why it retract a lot or doesn't have PE/fluffy polyps at all.

Thanks everyone-especially now that I know its a branching one
When I bought it, the skeleton was an inch and it had one "head" but now it has 3 heads and is so fluffy but it still has the same size skeleton. its head just expands more lol

I find myself constantly amazed at just how much coral can come out of a small skeleton I have a 4 headed branching hammer that has heads only about a dime across, but when it's fully extended and happy is about the size of a baseball!

I know! Mine is about an inch by an inch and mine easily opens to the size of a softball. Sometimes I think its going to fall out of that itty bitty skeleton
