Extra length for vortech MP40s

I need about 2 more feet for my mp40 dry side to the controller to get it mounted on my control board. Other than buying the $250 dollar dry side extension cord, any suggestions on cheaper ways to make that cord longer?

Sometimes 8 feet is just not enough, and if you are like me, mounting that Vortech driver and being limited to where you can put it can be a huge disappointment. The other option being you have the perfect spot to place your driver but now you are limited to where you can mount your pump. Again...

Seen a few on amazon too. Just a molex to molex connector, no big deal.
