Hi,

I have an order of fish scheduled to arrive tomorrow (7-31-2024) from Dr. Reef. Excited about receiving them. I received an email earlier today that some of the fish did not pass final health inspections and will be held back. They will be sent at a later time when all clear. I find this super amazing service and caring, especially in this hobby where i have found several venders attitude is "take what i send you". I have ordered a few times from Dr. Reef and has always responded if problems may arise. Much appreciated for the ethics!

we do our best to not ship fish that dont pass our inspection, we are not in it for a quick buck as you see. it costs us to ship held back fish from our pocket.
We are in it for the passion.
