I noticed today that one of my midas blennys eyes was white and swollen. It also has been hanging out in its hole most of the day when normally it is out swimming around. Any idea what’s wrong with it. Im pretty sure it wasn’t there this morning so I’m guessing it got injured somehow. Is there anything I should do for it? Thanks!

+1 ^^^ on this ^^^ if you do a FW dip and no flukes are present, the concern can be a infection of the eyes. Erythromycin works really well on eye infections. Dose in a QT and need to be very aware of the water conditions as Erythromycin can be very hard on the biofilter. So water changes, dosing with BioSpira, etc. is the key to a successful treatment as poor water conditions will not help the fish's immune system to recover.

Thanks to you both!

I’ll try catching him tonight to do the fresh water dip.
