Eye injury?

I had to very quickly move my fish into holding tanks when my 120 sprung a leak. At some point in the process, it appears my dwarf flame angel has injured its eye. It looks like a weird blister. Due to the nature of the small tank it's sharing with the wrasse, it's acting a bit more shy than usual, but still swimming like a champ and eating like a pig. When I get the new tank up and running, should I leave it in the small tank and treat with antibiotics, or is it likely to resolve on its own? If all goes according to plan, the new tank should be fish-ready by Sunday.

Please believe these were the best pics I could get- I cap'd them from a video I took from across the room. Apparently it can still see just fine because it was not happy about me hovering next to the glass!

yes, that is an acute eye injury, that can happen during fish moves. Sometimes they get better, sometimes the fish loses an eye. There is no treatment for it except to try and not move the fish because if the other eye gets injured, the fish won't be able to see well to eat.
