F/S: Vortech MP40w - Not working

I am selling a non-working MP40w. The power supply buzzes when I plug it in and none of the lights come on in the controller. I don't have time to troubleshoot it and I want to clear out space in my garage. I'll be posting more items for sale soon.

This is being sold AS-IS, this currently doesn't work and the power supply buzzes when I plug it in. None of the lights come on. It may be a simple fix by replacing the power supply, but I am not making any guarantees.
