I don't kno what it could be but some of my sticks are fading an bleaching not all just a few got my water tested at lfs yesterday an everything came back great here's my readings
Cal 500
Alk9.3
Mag1410
Nh3=0
No3=0
No2=0
Po4=.09
Salt 1.028
I kno I have to lower salt a tad bit temp reading 78 on digital temp reader my aquarium is a 80 gallon rr deep blue the lights I'm running are them Chinese aka **** boxes lol there leds I never had a problem with any of my corals until recently any feed back would be greatly appreciated I also have a mp40 on lagoon mode

I asked at my lfs an they said everything looked ok this is why I specifically took it to them but I guess I was wrong smh

Your alkalinity may be a little high for having such a low nutrient level. Are you feeding your coral? Your nutrient level is so low the corals may be starving.

Feed more, add more fish, turn off the skimmer and GFO for a couple hours a day, dose KNO3 (search for dosing spectracide stump remover).

I was feeding reef roids but I stopped for a little do to a algae bloom I had

I do water change once a week as well wat steps can I take to get my no3 up an whatever else I need to do

I also been feeding just pellets I'm throw some brine in there see what happens

Start back with the roids, just not too much. Better to have a little algae and healthy corals than a clean tank with no life. It's a balancing act.

Ok should I feed the roids everyday until I raise the no3 or how should I go about it thanks for all the feed back atleast I kno to start somewhere

So should I lower my alk an raise no3
Feeding the tank will naturally raise your nitrates. You don't need any chemicals like stump remover. You can gradually lower your alkalinity with routine water changes, if your salt mixes up lower than 9.

Yep feed a little each day but watch that you don't spur too much algae growth or that your ammonia doesn't spike. Slow goes it.

Yea ur def wright I spoke to the owner of my lfs an he said the exact same thing I appreciate it now I'm om a mission to balance no3 an keep Po4 down
