So this guy has had some fading around the eyes this past week. Any idea?
I recently used red slime remover for my cyanobacteria and he did not do well when the tank was treated with the product. Had to pull the medication asap after 3 days.
Here is some pictures.

Could be early signs of HLLE due to the water conditions. Consider dosing Zoecon vitamins in the fish's food. I like making a fish "smoothie" out of several different frozen cubes of fish food: seaweed, chopped clams, mysis, etc. in a tupperware. Let "slump" in the fridge. Mix together a bit and add the Zoecon. It will last several days in the fridge. Good healthy food, pristine water conditions will help you fish's immune system to recover.

I have VitaChem, but haven't used it in the past few weeks, but have used it the past year and half. I will go back to using it and then it should clear up the HLLE if that is the issue.

I also concur that’s classic presentation of HLLE in a centropyge.
