I attended one class only of Aikido when I was a little kid, I think martial art is not my thing. However I think I remember a move or two.
One thing I remember that the sensei tried many time to flip me like that but my arm kept rotating 360 degrees at my shoulder socket and stayed on my feet, then he got tired and twisted my wrest and I felled on my knees. ;Dead;Dead

Hahaha yes some people are double jointed ,but there’s more than one way to bring someone down as your sensei proved !!

No I’m a golfer myself, although I do like Manchester City, albeit I really was a Manchester Utd fan since a child. Don’t ask why!

I could not really get into soccer, but Orlando FL is really big into soccer more than other sports.
