I do Fahrenheit since I am more familiar with it, and because it is more precise. I only use celcius when it comes to electronics.

Fahrenheit is definitely a finer range. I use Celsius with an extra decimal to fix that. Though I seem to be in the minority on this based on the poll results so far.

I suspect you will find that peoples answers will generally be tied to where they live, with a few exceptions.

I use Fahrenheit and don’t even know what values I would be looking for in Celsius, without doing the math. For whatever reason I remember how to convert them back and forth.

Kelvin, although one doesn't find fish equipment using that set of units. But ... under what circumstances in aquarium keeping does a 1 degree change in Fahrenheit matter?
That is indeed a good question. In my opinion plus or minus 1 degree doesn't matter as long as it's consistent.
