Hi, they told me this is a blue Fairy wrasse and im the shop the colours looked very different and seemed logical, under my lights its Pink headed and a yellow back and purple tummy, but also has a large white spot on its mouth, my eyes arent great and was going nut from wearing a mask in the heat, so maybe i missed it in store, anyway, can anyone advise what it is? thanks :D

also is it normal for my blue tang to be chasing him a bit if he swims in the open she is so friendly with my fiji foxface, clowns and mandarin

Hi @Raideress
Looks like an orange back fairy wrasse; cirrhilabrus aurantidorsalis, with a mouth wound. It could have happened during bagging/acclimating or maybe running into a rock. Keep an eye on it, it should heal fine.
The tang is responding to a new fish; it should subside as they get acquainted.

ok thanks, yeah my blue tang is almost dependant on her fishy friends, doesnt like to hang out alone follows my foxface everywhere and tries to sleep in her sleeping cave with her
