Hello all... I adopted a fairy wrasse from someone breaking down a tank. I have been trying to get an exact ID on the fish and I cant seem to find an exact match online. The only thing they original owner could tell me was that It was bought as a “fairy wrasse.” Anybody our there who can tell me what kind and sex this is? I’d love to know how big it will become, and any special needs. Sorry for the crap pictures, it won’t stop moving! Thanks!

I'd say still a juvenile / female. One of the bigger fairy wrasses; 5-6+". No special needs. A standard 75 gallon of larger is probably ideal.

Thanks, she will be fine then. I have her in a relatively mature 125g mixed reef. Fish was a little shy at first but now is out in the open and wonts stop zooming all over!

I see the thread, and I'm like oh I'm not sure but I'm going to tag @evolved , and voila he's the first post lol
